Logans only offer public liability insurance as part of our Care, Custody & Control Package for Thoroughbred Studs or as a part of our Equestrian Package (LECPACK).

Our Care, Custody & Control for Thoroughbred Studs package protects you in the event you are held liable for negligence to a third party for the care of a horse under your control which has died or suffered from an injury or illness.  Eg: a horse in your care escapes and gets killed or a horse in your care inadvertently dies through feed contamination.

Our Equestrian Package (LECPACK) protects you in the event that you are held liable for negligence to a third party in ownership of the horse for personal use. (NB: not for business use). Eg: Your horse kicks a car or person.

For all other liabilities including riding schools, trail riding, agistment farms or agistment farms where the tenants ride horses we suggest you contact your local broker.
